National Day Nurseries Association 'Quality Counts' Award
Quality Counts is the NDNA’s quality improvement scheme for nurseries. It showcases nurseries that want to reflect, review and improve their practice to the highest quality standards. Achieving this gives our parents and Educators the reassurance that our Nursery meets defined and robust quality standards. Accreditation is based on an assessment against a framework of standards and included zoom meetings and live lessons along with parent and Educator interviews.
Waverley Nursery believes in a high quality educational approach that is self-guided by the child, whilst following the Early Years curriculum. Along with experienced Educators and Teachers, we were thrilled to be awarded the accolade in June 2021.
Lianne Costello, Head of Nursery Provisions, explained "We are so proud to achieve the highest grade for this accreditation which reflects the quality of our care and provision Waverley Nursery provides. We constantly reassess to ensure our care and education are second-to-none. The children are benefit from with high quality Educators to not only care for them daily, but also provide them with achieving their very first milestones in education.'
