Waverley Preparatory School and Nursery is located in Finchampstead, Wokingham. Our Nursery is situated on the same site as our Prep School and sits in a woodland setting at the end of a quiet residential area. Our Nursery and School back onto woods and large playing fields.
Located in a woodland setting
Our rural location means that our learning and play is integrated with our natural environment. Our younger children enjoy daily woodland walks and our older Nursery children participate in Woodland School in and around our Forest School Area.
Our local woodland area offers plenty of countryside and nature for children to enjoy and experience, from horses and cows to wild animals and birds such as kites, deer, rabbits, foxes, butterflies and other insects. In Spring, our woodland area is covered in daffodils and a little later by bluebells.
