Teddy Bears Picnic in Nursery 1

Our new Babies who have recently joined us in Nursery 1 enjoyed a Teddy Bears Picnic on Monday. The Babies,  and educators!, brought in their own favourite teddies from home on Monday to celebrate Teddy Day at Nursery 1. The babies enjoyed sharing the teddy bears and giving them lots of cuddles. We had a Teddy Bear's Picnic for the toys and read story books all about teddies, toys, and bears together during group time and activities.

The children used their senses to fill, empty and transport edible sensory materials through paper cups, cup cake cases and tea boxes. These activities help the Babies develop their hand-eye coordination and sensory exploration skills.
